1080i vs. 1080p - Blu-ray Forum

anything above 40" is good for 1080p. it also depends on your sitting distance as well. but if you're going to get a new tv you might as well go with 1080p for a little more futureproofing. i know i would.

Good point... I think I'll go 1080p no matter what...
