Synopsis
Rupert Friend stars in this action-packed thriller based on the

Not much response for this title, I enjoyed it in theater especially the Audi RS 7. Just grabbed it from Best Buy.

no more dropping $20 on release day for this guy unless it's something along the lines of a Star Wars or Avengers type movie.

Its a shoot 'em up like John Wick. And its more video game than dramatic wife/dog character stuff.

For people who have seen both hitman movies, how does this compare to the 2007 one? I know I'm in the minority, but I really enjoyed the 2007 one. Thanks.

I enjoyed both for what they are but I much preferred the first one with
Timothy Olyphant and Olga Kurylenko. They were just much more interesting characters.

I had a free ticket and saw the newest one in the theater and enjoyed it for what it was, good mindless action.

With that said, I bought both of them.

Glad I checked out the DVD from the library. I would had been upset if I had seen this in theaters. It's truly horrid.

It was enjoyable enough. I like mindless action films though.

Softened by the fact that it only $7 after selling the UV.

Dumb movie, but may buy it just because it was the first Hollywood movie to be filmed in my country (sadly) .

Saw this tonight on Cinemax. So bad, it makes the Olyphant version look like a masterpiece. The director doesn't seem to know how to film an action sequence, and the gorgeous Singapore footage is limited to a few establishing shots. The rest is done in such extreme closeup it could have been filmed anywhere. Most of the big car chase takes place in the most generic looking parking garage ever. Pointless.

And star Rupert Friend, so good on Homeland, has absolutely no screen presence here. He's as boring and generic as that garage.

Finally, there's a mid-credits stinger that makes no sense... because I don't even remember who that is. What's meant to be a set up for the sequel that won't happen just left me laughing at how inept the whole thing was. Horrible movie, glad I didn't blind buy this one.

It seems like most did not enjoy Hitman: Agent 47, I did. My question, will this maybe get to $3.99 during Black Friday week, anyone speculate? It's $7.99 now @ BB.
