I like this movie but no thanks, the extended cut isn't present in any Blu release outside Japan as far as I know so already it's a screwed release. Not the nicest artwork either...

In all fairness to Zavvi - all their catalouge titles have been £12.99 which makes for a nice change. The problem is many are still cheaper at European amazons.

I like the look of this, but the (supposedly?) missing extended cut is an insta-no from me.

We watched this theatrically and found it OK, then saw the extended cut on DVD and found it much more satisfying. I ended up buying the Japanese Blu just so I could get the extended cut on Blu-ray as well.

Yeah sorry I meant recently. I too have a shelf full of catalouge zavvi releases at £20 plus which have been in the £5.99 Zavvi flash sales.
