Doubt it. It's probably just how many and the different company logos that appear before the film, that alter the running time slightly.

There's no news of a US release that I've heard. Best Buy has one listed on their website with no picture, but it's been constantly backordered (currently shows 7-8 weeks)... it may even be a bogus listing, or just a listing of the Canadian import.

I sent a message asking that same question via the movie's official FB page, and they responded with Jan. 25 as the US release date. Fingers crossed.

If the US got this steelbook that would be an instant purchase for me. The movie was very entertaining and the steelbook is one of the best I've ever seen.

Looks like it's finally getting a US release. Not in steelbook packaging but not your usual packaging either.

Anybody else watch the Canadian edition with English subs on? They were quite messed up with random bits of dialogue missing and popping up in the wrong places.

Yeah, the English subtitles are relatively worthless. Luckily, they just announced a US release, so I'm hoping they get it right this time.

Got my $20 Amazon.com copy today.

Clear slip is pretty scuffed up but overall I'm well pleased. There was a dent on the back but I was able to pop off the shell and smooth it out so it's hardly noticeable. Probably less damage than I would have seen getting it from Canada

I am very sorry if this seems like a stupid question in advance. Today I ordered this Amazon.ca steel book. I absolutely loved the movie and this community seems to agree this is the best version. Having never ordered a movie from Canada, will I be able to play this on my existing bluray player? I don't have a multi-region/region free player. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Canada is also Region A...same as US. No problem playing in a US player.

Just blind bought this. My wife and I loved it. The cast was superb, amazing writing and directing, and the score by Le Matos is perfect. I usually never rewatch immediately. I have watched it three times in one week. Just wish I would have found it earlier.

Having only seen this on Netflix before, I have to say that this blu is definitely a level up on PQ. Such a fun flick. Skeletron rules. Also, Le Matos’ score is absolutely perfect.
