There might be technical reasons why a spine number can't be used for an URL reference. Chances are that the number you do see in the browser is a reference to other info, but using the spine number alone could cause conflicts.

I wish I could tell you more, but my web programming skills are rather rusty, and when I view the page source all I see is code galore. Won't tell me much about the backend anyway.

I think the number refers to their asset collection of images on a server.

Maybe it is just something to do with how they archive or work with the material in office, just a coding system to be able to find files stored on the computer and easily find/reference material related to that film - and they just carried this across to how they store it on the website? make sense as they can't all have the same URL and other material onsite related to that film reference that number?

I have no idea what I am trying to say...

Have you tried Google Chrome? I have it set up to monitor changes to the Coming Soon page every 2 minutes. When it updates I get a ding.

At least I can leave the page open while I try to get some work done.
