There's a really rather good effect in this film of a knife through a tit (most unpleasant!) if I remember correctly, though in the blade-through-tit stakes, I don't think anything will top either New York Ripper or, perhaps a little tenuously, The Slayer (come on, Blu-ray release!)

It might be worth noting, as the list expands, which is the best release of the movie to get for those of us sick little bunnies who like this sort of stuff. I know there is something similar here on the Blu-ray Forums with Best International PQ/AQ, so perhaps something like that?

I'm sure me and others on here will be only too happy to contribute knowledge to the endeavour.
