Question about trophy hunting in this one. Apparently you can go back and chapter select to pick up collectibles. I'm assuming this means that since I missed two items in the Twins section I can just load up the chapter they're in and only need to get those two? I don't have to replay it all right? Some other things I need to finish up are
[Show spoiler] . From what I read you still need to grab already previously grabbed items to make certain scenes happen right?

While this was in no way a title I was willing to buy full price, I really enjoyed it at the price I got it at ($15). I actually want to replay it to get trophy's because in doing so you're actually seeing more of the game and not just collecting 1000 items with no meaning.
I would for sure like to see another go at it. I actually only got 3 or 4 of the recorded camera scares my first playthough. Going back and watching them I guess I have no pulse. I didn't react to any of them. |

Got this the other day for $20 on Amazon, played and got the plat this weekend. Probably around 25 hours total, and I messed up one of my save everyone runs. Overall I really liked this game alot, even though there was a long list of issues I had with it.
This game would definitely win "best yoga pants in a videogame" award ![]() [Show spoiler] twist to the story, as opposed to strictly a campy serial killer/revenge/slasher type story. Things I would have really liked to see would have been alternate outfits for the characters (especially considering the game highly encourages multiple playthroughs for either alternate story arcs, trophys, etc). Also, I don't know if it was because they got famous talent or what but isn't nudity a staple in the slasher genre? Something I'll never quite understand about American acceptance is we have no problem with mutilations, decapitations, gore/death in the most violent way imaginable, etc, yet the sight of a naked butt or boobs will cause everyone to flip out. ![]() ![]() The gameplay felt a little off. Sometimes the scene would play out where there literally isn't a second to spare, yet the gameplay would never let you move faster than a slow walk. ![]() The character Matt was by far the most underused, underdeveloped of the bunch, and almost completely unnecessary in the story. I would have like to see some more of Hannah/Beth, just to get a better feel for their characters and relationships to the others. I liked Sam, who was obviously the heroine alongside Mike (who was ok I guess). I probably liked Chris the best out of the guys, and Emily the least of the girls. We saw nothing of Jessica's "sluttyness" now that I think of it either. I wish there were more options available, and that they had a more substantial impact on the storyline. Not a bad first effort, but it's funny to watch the first 2012 trailer on page 1 of this thread and see how almost none of those scenes are in the final game. |

Finally picked this up but haven't started playing it yet. I've been thinking of buying the Sony gold wireless headset and was wondering for those that used one for this game how was it? I know it has a mode in the headset settings.
Does it make a big difference? Should I get the headset and than start playing or just dive right into it after I finish R&C? |
