Or possibly one of the best (if not thee best) Club teams ever assembled? Going in I knew it would be almost a miracle if we got thru Barca to the next round. I think we played well….given the talent they (Barca) have. I’m happy as long as nobody got injured so as to put in jeopardy the real feather in the cap we desire…..the Prem title.

You are always going to have the bright side of football. You only have to read your comments replying to Pizzamorg to see that your mentality is very much 'I support the big boys' so swings and roundabouts Tob.

If I had the choice, I would probably choose Arsenal. Bu I don't. My city gets my support for life. That's the way it is for me.

First off i have been a true Arsenal fan all my life because they are a big club please don't brush me with people who only support big clubs crap.
I respect people who support their local club just like in England when at a young age they could be influenced by the premier league.
But there is hardcore support here in Ireland too spread from Arsenal to Notts.Forest who travel and spent hard earned cash on there teams just like me.
You should retract your line by allegiance when things get bad you do know its rubbish and you are responding to a Arsenal supporter who are not rolling in trophies excuse the two back to back F.A cups maybe i should apologise for that too. I don't know what you mean in your words'I support the big boys' in my discussion with pizzamorg, that is lies or you didn't catch our posts.I was discussing the Arsenal v Leicester match with him something yourself steedeel is afraid to have a different opinion on football in this thread but instead you and Pizzamorg play the small team roles and why is it always us.

Well we are gone now but so far no injuries for the big one against United penton so we move on to sunday.

Steedeel i am not fighting you and i don't forget anyone who has my back in that time against that guy from N.ireland.
The opinion thing what i mean is that i like to hear more from you on football issues but i get this impression you like to sit on the fence.
I don't have a problem where people don't respond to my posts mate never had as we all come and go here so got no issue with that.
The reason for the new thread was to try something different but you guys took it personal when it wasn't and i am happy to post here.
The issue i had today with you steedeel is the idea because i am a Arsenal fan that i am a glory hunter which is rubbish mate you have to understand mate their is Hardcore supporters outside of the U.K and not your idea of if you are born near your home club that is your club that's my issue.
But we move on mate because i do respect you on here and i don't forget people who have my back because that is who i am all the best.

That's just what I was thinking, now it's like every other ****ing football thread with everyone winding each other up or seeing things that aren't there because they're getting so wound up in the first place.

And I agree with the rest of Steed's post, tob. I haven't been in this thread long compared to y'all (I had no reason to until August 2013 ) so maybe this is all typical tob, I dunno, but lately you've been a bit....weird. IMO.

It's football man, we all get carried away, I understand that. It'd just be nice if from here on out we aimed the whining and moaning (guilty as charged, m'lud) at the results or the performances or the officials (bastards!), not so much at each other. Hell, I'm starting to miss those halcyon days of Pizza complaining about how wretched his team are playing, even though they're top of the league.
