i've been enjoying at home 3d, it's been getting better. this movie really needs to see the light of day on this format. is anyone gonna care about this movie getting a blu ray 3d release?

i'm not giving up and not taking no for an answer ether but 3d fans like me have been wanted a 3d version for home video viewing, we been in the dust and been without that version and it's overdue, this movie is destined for blu ray 3d.

I wouldn't give up hope considering Beowulf 3D finally hit blu ray 3D many years since its original home video release back in 2008 or so, finally hitting br3D in 2014 overseas but sadly not in the US.

If Ant Bully 3D is released on blu ray 3D and has strong 3D, I'll consider it if it's all regions and a fair price.

trust me, it's gonna happen, the 3d got positive feedback from critics when the movie was released in 2006.

it seems that this movie gets the shaft for the blu ray 3d version. i don't want to get stuck with a flat version of this movie. warner brothers has completely missed the boat on the opportunity to put out a blu ray 3d version.

I was going to buy this movie years ago, but was waiting for a good price on the blu ray version. But now that you mention there's a 3D version...

The concern is, the movie didn't do that well in theaters, barely breaking it's budget. It needs to earn twice the amount to break even if theaters get half of the box office. If a movie's a hit, it tends to be more willing to release special editions/versions/3D.

I checked boxofficemojo, which usually lists a 3D section for movies, but didn't see one for Ant Bully. I did do a search for it and it brought up one image sample of Ant Bully Imax 3D, but didn't find the article reference to the 3D anywhere.

That link gives some proof it was in 3D way back in 2006, the same year Open Season 3D hit theaters (and looks awesome in strong 3D). Hopefully Ant Bully has the same strong 3D, having not been softened by the trend to make 3D mild as we've seen Pixar do for so long until Good Dinosaur.
