I trust CL more than I trust ebay. I never had a problem on CL. You meet the person face to face do the transaction and DONE! no shipping no waiting, no issues.

Just get a refurbished model from store.apple.com. You won't find a lower price, and it comes with a full warranty. It will be in like new condition.

I've dropped my iPhone on concrete countless times and the screen just has a few scuffs on it.
