I was going to go down that route as well, but since I only have the Fender that came with the original Rock Band I figured a second (and possibly improved) guitar wouldn't hurt. I wouldn't mind adding a bassist to my band at this point anyways since I have the vocalist, guitar and drum sections covered. I figure I can eat the bundle price since its my second (non-mortgage eaten) paycheck of the month and I wasn't planning on getting GH: WT anyways

You know, they really should make it to where we can rip the tracks to our PS3 hard drive or an mp3 player. Afterall, we are PAYING for the tunes. At 2 bucks a pop, why shouldn't we be able to listen to them outside of the game?!?

This week's announcement really makes me wondering about the 20 free songs. Several of next week's tracks were heavily rumored to be among the 20 free songs. Now I want to know more than ever the identity of those 20 songs.

So, I just exported my Rock Band 1 songs onto my HD. Since this is done, is there going to be any need to keep my Rock Band 1 Disc? Will I ever need it for anything or can I sell it to make up some of the cost of RB2? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

i will probably pick up static x as well, but its not really a big deal, plus im not sure how much i have left in my PSN wallet

Well, there's a couple of songs on RB1 that didn't get exported to your hard drive. So, if you want to keep those songs, you need the RB1 disc.

I'm not too concerned since I have so many other songs to play. I just wanted to make sure I didn't need the disc to verify anything (or something to that extent). Thanks again
