I contacted them, which should have been what I did in the first place. They said that because I pre-ordered them together they wouldn't ship until the second one was released. I just cancelled Sleeping Beauty because it's under 25 and after separating it the shipping was an additional 3 dollars. It's going to be 25 bucks at Best Buy (price-matching their online price, at least), which is only a dollar more than amazon's price. Keeping Wall E though!

did you use the free shipping? that i guess explains it. When I pre-ordered tons of stuff, I used two-day for free with prime. everything is being ship seperated.

You will have to cancel Wall-E and then re order it unless you are a Prime member then it usually get ships once its release.

All you had to do was go into your order on Amazon and change the shipping speed, and it would have sent it on 2 different dates.

No because I tried that while on the phone with them but it still put them together. She had to go in and adjust something.

That's strange because my mom had the same problem as you, and I went on her account and changed the shipping. It worked just fine. It went from one single shipment to three different shipments. Hmmm oh well you got it fixed that's the main thing.

What you should have changed, is "Shipping Preference".

You had "Group my items into as few shipments as possible", while you needed: "Ship items as they become available".

It's possible to change that even after you placed the order (as long as they haven't entered the process of being readied for shipment).
