I've already decided to not go see this in theaters based off of reviews and friend reactions. I'll wait for HBO/Showtime/etc. Needless to say, I won't be buying the steelbook.

But, for those D.C. fans this is awesome news.

Why not? Amazon and BB standard editions already say they'll include the extended cut.

Glad it's at Best Buy and not Wal-Mart like MOS.

The MOS Pre-order from WM was such a pain in the ass, they sent it to me days late in a paper envelope all dented, and they wouldn't let me send it back for a replacement. They're also a notoriously evil company.

I hope that release date is accurate. That would be great! I'm sure we'd get the R-rated cut closer to the holidays then.

I was saving up WalMart gift cards because I assumed they would get the steel like they did with Man of Steel. But I'm glad we're getting a steel regardless!

I went to a 24-hour Walmart to get the MOS steelbook and it was the scariest shopping experience ever (since I never shop on Black Friday). Strange people at Walmart during the day, amplified at night.

Then came the worst part. One cashier for like 30 people waiting to check out.
