Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2015)

I didn't notice my UPC code (it's downstairs) but when I got my order from Amazon today, removed the useless sticker on the slipcover, broke open the cellophane, and opened the clam-shell case, there was one disc just rattling around loose in the case.
Good thing I'm selling the useless DVD so I have room to put the two Blu-ray discs securely in the case.

Got the standard version today. UPC ends in 4976 and does have trays. Seems like it's a mixed bag with the flipper trays and stacked discs...

Didn't want to mess this up but I'm about to redeem the code on DMR to get the points and digital copy. My DMR, VUDU and iTunes are all linked and connected, so once I enter the code on DMR, the digital copy should show up on DMR, VUDU and iTunes right? The insert kinda threw me off guard. Thanks.

I wanted to add that while the BB-8 slip edition at WalMart was marked $25 on the shelf, it rang up for $20 as well.


And to those of you talking about removing stickers from the slips, before going the goo gone route, it helps to heat the sticker up first with a blow dryer. 20 seconds or so with a blow dryer heats up the glue enough to where the sticker will peel off easily. That's a trick I use on all sorts of things.

Putting the DVD in a Paper CD sleeve. Then puting that in the case then there will be no stacked Discs.

Yes. I entered my code on DMR, and the movie is now on VUDU, iTunes and Google Play.

That's odd. I scanned both versions at my Walmart at 12:15 am, and they both scanned $19.99, even though the price tags on the shelves showed $24.99. Walmart.com showed the movie was out of stock, but showed in-stock at the store I was in, so I ordered an additional copy just to test the system, and it did let me order it for in-store pick up that same day. But I had to wait until 8 am for my order to finally be ready for pick up.

You should've just tried ordering it yourself, instead of taking their word for it. Did you scan the price yourself to verify it was $25, or did you just read the price tag?

Yea that was weird to me too at first but I think it's actually kind of cool that they just slapped the theatrical poster on their. It's what it would look like if it was on VHS.

I got it sorted out. I had other errands to run, and after I read here that it was still ringing up for $20 even though the tag on the shelf said $25, I swung back and bought it. I should have just price checked it to begin with instead of dealing with Walmart employees. You live and you learn.

My copy from Amazon has a very tiny dent in the surface of the main feature disc (on the data side). So it gets into the movie and stops. Have to exchange! Oh well, I'll wait until this weekend to re-watch.
