My Collection feature for Blu-ray.com (Suggest Database Additions Thread) - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

Just blu's is fine by me, I ported my collection over to dvd aficionado

This is awesome! I have a couple suggestions for this feature:

-Have an easy way to input/display the date the movie was bought, where it was purchased, for how much, and any notes about the purchase (BOGO, $10 off, etc). That's the main reason I used DVD Spot.

-Have a statistics page with your collection like DVD Spot does (Showing the top actors, directors, genres, years, etc. from your collection)

If CNET is really just dumping DVDSPOT, maybe this site could acquire the database and/or the software from it. They really did have a nice and clean setup with minimal fuss and work.

You add movies by going to a movie and clicking "Add to collection" below the cover.

Finished adding all my discs a few minutes ago. Thanks Iceman, I like the stats that are there as well. It'll give us a snapshot when new movies come out (like TDK) before home media stats are released on Fridays... Great work.

Sonny will take a week to enter his library!

cool feature, though full sets,trilogy's and whatnot show up as only one disc.

To add to that they should also put a "my collection" or whatever under your name just like they do with the trade score.

How do you change a movie from watched to not watched?

go to watched. check the boxes of the ones you haven't watched and then click the edit selected button and there will be a check box that says watched under each movie. just uncheck it and then they will be under not watched
