I haven't visited this forum in months since quite frankly TT has pretty much fallen off my radar. They haven't offered a title I've even remotely been interested in since Vampires.

I'm hoping they can turn this around with the 2nd half of 2016 titles. I miss looking forward to their releases.

Do they not ship to Canada!? I don't see anything mentioned on their Shipping page about prices to Canada.

I ordered a bunch, and of those, nine were damaged to the point of not being usable (I personally believe it was more of a shipping thing than a packaging thing on their end). DEFECTIVE DISC? If you suspect a "defective" disc please check your player settings and make sure your machine has the latest updates from its manufacturer.

If necessary, try the suspected disc on another player. We use only professional replicators; therefore, defective discs are very rare. If the disc still won’t play, please contact us within five days of receipt with the problem to secure a return authorization number and send the disc back for inspection. If we determine that the disc is indeed defective,we will resend a new disc or refund, including the cost of your return postage. However you must first obtain return authorization approval prior to returning your disc.

If I order four or five movies, there's no way I will get around to watching them all in five days. The best I could do is visually inspect them.

Wow. That is not much of a time cushion there if you're "ordering in bulk". I guess I skimmed over that part when I was looking over their return policy. That's good to know.

I've ordered from them twice, and both times it was problem-free. I couldn't say how they are with returns, as I haven't had to return anything.

Does anyone know why is the shipping (USPS First Class International Package ) for let's say 3 blurays to my country (and i guess to other international destinations too) $10 more than SAE?
is it a different kind of shipping, quicker?

if the sale was at SAE i would save $10 more.

No. First real sale via TT directly I believe; the other anniversary sales were at SAE.

This is TT's first direct sale...in the past, they've been having the sale via SA...

In stock units are shipped quickly.

I've been ordering from them directly since they started offering direct shipments back in July of 2015, and the only thing I would even mention as a possible issue...if you pay via PayPal, they charge the full amount immediately.
