I've received a couple damaged steelbooks from AmazonDE, but they shipped out replacements via priority mail. I never fear ordering from any Amazon, as I know they will make it right, IF my item is damaged.

I'm just guessing, but with a lot of Universal titles when you load the disc up you get an extensive language select option and then get to the main menu screen which use icons instead of text on the different options. Again I'm just guessing but I'd imagine that this will be the same disc as the UK release and be muti territory friendly with regards to the menus.

Normally by only a couple days as they really only care about their native customers receiving it by the release day...they aren't going to ship out to the overseas customer early just so they get it on release day.
