![]() ![]() Now what is bothering me is the fact that when this miniseries was released on DVD people complained about missing footage is this new release which states 587 minutes Are they adding in the bonus features running time to that total? Basically what I am worried about is this just a simple reissue of the DVD version? Even if you take what was billed in 1977 as a 12 hour miniseries (12 time 60mins equals 720 mins). granted each hour possibly 10 minutes pet episode have been allocated for commercials leaving roughly 50minutes per hour or a 600 minute running time. I am saying is this is fully restored version of roots complete with no missing footage from 1977? does anyone know ? Last edited by Propguy; 05-18-2016 at 10:06 PM. |
