Receiver Recommendations - $1,000

As for a new receiver, I'm looking at primarily the Pioneer Elite VSX-03TXH, the Denon AVR-2809, or maybe even the Yamaha RX-V1800/863. The speakers/subwoofer used are listed below. I'm leaning particularly towards the Elite at the moment, and most likely staying away from the Onkyo 805 and up and Sony receivers as well.

The Marantz 6003 is tempting, but just my bad experiences are scaring me off something awful. Any brands I'm forgetting, or other suggestions?

For that price range, I would strongly encourage you to check out two deals in the market right now - The Yamaha HTR-1800 and the Denon AVR-3808CI. The Yamaha retails for $1,300, but you can find it for around $770 online shipped. The Denon retails for $1,600, but there's a deal for $1,089 shipped at PowersellerNYC.
