Negative! I own it...its a small condo, but i only share one wall (corner lot). Anyways, last time i saw my neighbor, i touched bases with him and he was cool with my newly found hobby. He mentioned he used to have a loud system once upon a time, but no longer...Anyways, i just rented Master and Commander, so i shall watch it tomorrow
