Thanks all this information has helped a lot. So I now understand that Disney has their own separate digital copy system from UV. Is it best to redeem the codes via the UV website and Disney, or is there no difference if I redeem them through Vudu? So like if I wanted to use other services rather than being tied to Vudu, will that be a problem if I registered them through Vudu?

I usually redeem on the DMR website and get the points and movie that way. It's worth it to get the points because you can get free movies posters etc. Also consider how you want to share, Vudu allows sharing with subaccounts. Itunes has family sharing. Itunes has extras included on many code redemptions, Vudu does not. Sony and WB codes are UV only and Fox on newer releases makes you choose. |
