I sincerely hope the rumors that this could potentially be the final season are not true. Everyone involved seems to love making the show when they discuss it so I would hope even with Freeman and Cumberbatch getting busier schedules these days they could find time to film the three episodes every year or two for the foreseeable future

I could see there being no more series of Sherlock but a one-off cinematic movie somewhere down the line.

I am really concerned by how Sherlock is acting standing in the morgue....

Remember these are three 90-minute movies in a series... so I'd suspect it gets tough for them to sync up and do anything else in a year when they commit to Sherlock.

Not because they wouldn't have some time... but because how likely it is that free time will coincide when the other jobs want them to work.

I hope they are able to keep doing more Sherlock though.
