Default Bigger iPod Touch

Has anyone heard if Apple will be releasing a bigger, more GB's; iPod Touch?? I am looking to buy one, but I am afraid that 32 GB's will not be enough. I am sure there are plans in the works, but I was just wondering if anyone had actually heard some news. Thanks.

Apple typically announces new ipod's in September, so more then likely September '09 for a 64GB ipod touch.

I really really want to get the touch, but 32 is so expensive. I think the 16 would be enough for all my music, but idk movie wise. I have 12.1 gb of music on my computer. I dont know how much one movie takes up.

They better not! That would mean the prices for the 16 and 32 will drop and I just bought my 16GB not even 3 weeks ago.

Sure it doesn't fit a whole lot, but still enough to keep me going, even on trips.

I just use my Ipod for music so 32GB is more than enough for me. But in the end there is always a better product coming out so this is an endless pursue of high tech LOL.

150 CDs in Apple Lossless - only iPod Classic will do it for me - and my iPhone 16GB where I put some of my favorite songs on there (still in Lossless).

Apple just had their "Let's Rock" iPod event on September 9th I believe, when they unveiled the new iPod Nano's and Touch's that were released the same day/day after. I don't think we're going to see anything new for awhile.

can anyone tell the difference between apple lossless and the regular 128kbps? i reloaded most of my cds to lossless but i couldnt tell a difference but i also had the worst pair of headphones on ever...also on a 128kps it gives you a convert to lossless option and so i hit it on a cd already there and it jumped from 128kbps to 800-900kbps...lol where is that extra info coming from if it was compressed in the first place ....and i want a bigger touch too before i buy one

A 32 gig touch already exists! It retails for $399.99... way overpriced in my opinion.

I had my CDs ripped in iTunes in MP3 at 320kbs! I could hear the compression in it, so I re-ripped in Lossless. Massive difference! but we have two cars with the stereos that have the direct digitial iPod inputs. Sounds as good as the CDs being in the CD slot to me! We have one car without it, and use the cassette adaptor, and with that, you don't hear much of an improvement in quality with lossless.
