I agree the animation for Laika is amazing, but their vision for 3D is lacking sadly. Whoever at Laika, is making the decision to keep the 3D mild for most of their movies, is missing the real point of 3D. Some people did enjoy the 3D though, so that's at least something.
The team that make Ratchet and Clank 3D, whoever their stereographer is, they are the same way, offering a very timid, mild 3D experience for most of the film, but thankfully not all of it.
