First you lose to the Lions 31-0 on the final preseason game, then this week you guys looked horrible couldn't get anything going against a crap ravens team. Did Taylor even throw to Watkins dont seem like it with his line today?

Not really, this is smash mouth football, Patriots most likely win with Gronk and Brady playing though.

But you have to think on some level the Pats don't mind the whole division *potentially* being 0-1.
Not the whole division . Go pats.

Not too much to fuss about yesterday. Yeah, a little disappointed we didn't beat GB when we had our chances, but it shows that the team has the potential to keep games close. There are a few things the Jags need to clean up such as time management, getting off the field on 3rd down, and most importantly. Convert on 3rd downs and not settle for FG's.

Next week though will be another challenge but I think we should finally edge a win out in San Diego, if not I don't know what to think of the Jags go 0-2 with all the expectations to challenge for the AFC South title.

They need to work on play calling. That 4th and 1 wide receiver screen was a terrible call to end the game.

It was that one play, as I was expecting a QB draw or something thrown past the line of scrimmage! I think the offense did a good job yesterday though as they committed to run even though that didn't work much.

I still think the defense needs a lot more improvement. Malik and Fowler didn't show up yesterday as Rodgers was pretty much unstoppable in the 2nd half and of course couldn't stop GB on 3rd down.

I haven't been on for all the Week 1 Madness, so here's a summary of my thoughts...

First: DETROIT!!!!!!!!!!! I unfortunately was not able to see the game as it wasn't on TV, but they won 39-35, despite letting Indy keep getting close. Tennessee next week, so they should begin season 2-0.

Second: I know RGIII struggled, Pryor had 3/68yds. Did anyone see RGIII's post-game conference?

Third: Four games were decided by 1 point. Love these close games.

Fourth: Props to Jacksonville keeping that game close. I hate GB and I thought Jacksonville had a good chance to beat them. I really wish they wouldn't target Robinson so much though, at least that's how it seems.

Fifth: New England's win surprising, considering no Brady or Gronk, and on the road. Arizona completely should have had this one.

Sixth: Sorry, anytime I laugh at Dallas, it's a good day. HAHA! First at Dez for not catching the ball, and then Williams for losing the game.

Seventh: Really wish all the media and talk on these unnecessary 'protests' would end.

Eighth: Major Injury watch now includes Keenan Allen, likely out for season.

What a heart breaker that game was. The DL beasts out with 7 sacks, but not only could our defensive backfield not cover anybody, Fitz was a mess and Marshall didn't contribute much...and yet we still only lose by 1 point on the first missed XP of Folk's career. Unreal. That loss would hurt a lot more if we weren't playing Thursday night.

You gotta get the ball to your best player, that's what all good team do. That's what the Bengals did with AJ Green, the Cardinals and Fitz, etc.
