She was in the first Inbetweeners movie before she did GOTG. She ended up with the main character Will.

I'm a huge Inbetweeners fan. Not sure it ever took off in the US. Although I believe the US did their own version.

Controversy around Winston Churchill's house being dressed up with swastikas as Hitler's HQ for the film.

On the flipside, King Arther and now Hitler, this is lining up to be the most ridiculous Hollywood Blockbuster ever.

So is this movie even going to bother properly taking off where Extinction ended? I want to see the outcome of Optimus shooting off into space looking for the Creators and what happened that led him back to earth and how King Arthur and all this mess fits in with everything.

Without wanting to sound like a dick, continuity has not been this series' strongest point. They virtually rebooted the mythos with every successive movie and it looks as if they'll be doing exactly the same thing again.

If memory serves right, the only major shift was for Extinction when Sam Wikipedia was out the picture. Megan Fox departing was explained as a break up. Generally, the strands flowed loosely but coherently enough to see the arc of the story play out.

So it would be really weird to see them just completely ignore the past considering all movies have previously referenced each other.

It's not so much the hew-mons but the Transformers' own history (what I meant by "mythos" above), they keep finding some other way to say "hey, they were present at [insert awesome period of history here] all along!" and also keep coming up with some long-lost badass who makes Megatron look like a b*tch. I love the quote from Bay about Churchill's role in the story, looks like he's gon' kick somebody's ass!

Transformers, Outer Space, Over the top CGI, Endless Explosions, Token Hot Chick, Mini Dinobots, King Arthur and Nazi's.

Michael Bay, welcome back to the billion dollar box office club.

I'm actually laughing out loud irl at how absurd this one is shaping up to be. Arthurian legend, Nazis, space... I think it was Geoff D who described the previous four movies as "mind-numbingly daft", and he's 100% right about that, but this is taking it to the next level.

Every single time I'm a fool for paying to see these movies, cause every single time there are some shots in the trailer that amaze me and I go : "Maybe it will be different this time?" And what happens, is that it gets worse by every movie. Story-wise, action-wise, ... I'm always apathetic while watching the whole thing. Numb. I think this might be the first time I'm not even curious about it. Yet, I checked the thread.

I doubt there is any one who watches the Transformers films for their plot or character development. The same goes for the recent TMNT films.
