That's either the fault of BFI or Amazon. This has happened before in the past with BFI releases so I'm betting it's them - they've probably just forgotten. It's the same release date everywhere else (it doesn't even show up on their own store). There's no press release, and the extras or even the artwork haven't been confirmed, so it's not like it's going to show up in 2 weeks all of a sudden.
