I also have a quirk whether at home or in the theater. I won't start eating a single thing until the feature movie starts. I'm hungry!

Is the sister hot or smoking hot? I continue to eat a lot more than most people but that's expected when you work out 5 times a week and jog on a trail on Sundays. 29 days till that 10K with my sister, hoping to get my speed up to about 7.5 minutes a mile before then. Definitely going to wear the shirt from that event to work the Friday after.

I rode my bike about 16 miles across town today. Felt more like 42...and it took me 3 hours. Alas, at least 1 hour of the 3 was spent shamefully walking the bike up some hills to preserve my energy to get home.

Long distance cyclists really are amazing, those people who can do 26 miles on a regular basis, and without getting off the bike like I did, are truly hardcore.

Yeah I biked regularly for about 7 months and I never really got that good at it, probably because I live on a steep hill and never really did anything to make myself improve. I imagine if I were to bike now after all the cardio I've been doing the last 4.5 months I'd be much improved.

I haven't seen that in forever! I like that one the most of the three and should watch it again.

OT, drinking coffee and surfing around. I've been awake since 3:00 and up since 3:20, after trying to get back to sleep. The plus is, the internet isn't crazily slow while not many are up yet.

Upgraded my old white iPhone 6 (128GB) to the black iPhone 6S Plus (32GB since the others were sold out at BBY and I don't need that much memory). Switched over from Sprint to AT&T in the process.

Gonna try out the larger size for a year and decide in Fall 2017 if I want the 10th anniversary version. Pretty happy with this upgrade overall.

My s6 Edge+ was lagging lately so I did a soft reset on it, going to have to rebuild my music playlist as well as I can later.

90 minutes of cardio? Don't think I've ever intentionally done more than 60 really. I do want to eventually start training for half-marathons but I will wait till after I run my first official 10k.
