I am surprised by this. really surprised
Alot was made about the lack of a lossless track on the UK release, but it seems the track was spared for a dramatically larger bit rate on the video side. Doesn't necessarily mean it looks any better - but you'd presume its got every chance.

I held off buying the UK version until this sort of comparison -but if its accurate I might go out and buy the UK one this weekend.

The regular dolby digital track had some fine write-ups
