Downloading some art files for work and getting ready to print off some labels so I can mail out some stuff tomorrow. I want my weekend to be free for Halloween festivities!

Watching a video that I finally made for JLF. Its very simple. Ill put it on You Tube later today when I get WiFi (for computer) and then share it with him. Hopefully he will like it

Chillaxin at Dennys. I have the feeling that I should go to the bathroom but it's not a strong urge. I'm not having a Fat Bastard moment. There are no craps on deck that could choke a donkey. I don't even know if it could choke a gold fish and they are considerably smaller than donkeys. I think that I will go to the bathroom and just sit for awhile and see what happens. Ok, cheers!

Update; I went and of course both stalls are in use so naturally now I do have to go

LOL I cleared the pipes right now because I don't want nature to call while I'm on the treadmill. Going to keep using my new "technique" to see if I can keep improving my time! 7.16 last time, want to see about 7.30+ this time, I'll be shocked if I hit it though.

I just ate dinner, still at work. I won't be done until 1am at least. Long days during the holidays are the norm tho.

I have made the decision that I am going to take a week off from the gym and jogging November 27-December 3rd. This way I can give my body a chance to recharge and readjust after what will be 6 months of working out. Will keep overeating though so my weight keeps going up but I think this is a good idea, body is sore all the time and not really seeing much improvement anymore on the treadmill.

I am getting ready to get in the bath tub. My hands are almost black from all the dye I've been messing with so I gotta go soak them and use some green soap to get my hands cleaned up...plus clean the rest of me. I'll miss the first bit of the Warriors game, but that's why DVR's are for.
