I bought the one from Amazon.de. Its definitely a steelbook and region free

The packaging on this one is pretty neat, the key hole is embossed in the metal, giving it somewhat of a 3D effect

I believe Nightfury82 is asking if the foreign subtitles can be turned off or are burnt in, which is a common practice with foreign releases of Hollywood films. It would seem that Morphine has confirmed they don't even exist, so it is a moot point.
