Did your Star Wars Clone Wars come with a sleeve cover? - Blu-ray Forum

I ordered Star Wars Clone Wars from Amazon and recieved it today and while going to Frys to buy some printer ink. I went to look at the Blu-rays, and I picked up a copy of Star Wars Clone Wars and noticed that all of them came with sleeve covers, and the one that I got from Amazon didn't come with it. Did your Clone Wars come with a sleeve cover or no?

Never ordered from Amazon personally, but I went to Frys today too and saw that with a slip cover.

Also, Target has a unique slip cover for it as well.

This happened to me once with the strangers as I bought it at Wal - Mart and it didn't have a slip cover.

I got mine from Warner and it did NOT come with a slip cover.

I got mine from Warners and it did have a lenticular slipcover that changes from Anakin to Asajj Ventress.

i got mine from Amazon and just like you i was surprised to see that it did not come with a sleeve cover...im really upset because i really like the sleeve covers

I was planning to watch the movie tonight, but since the movie didn't come with the sleeve cover, I think I'm going to email amazon regarding this and see if I can exchange it for a copy with the sleeve cover.

I don't understand why some copies have it and some copies don't!

In the delivery that we got for the store, 2 out of the 10 didn't come with lenticular sleeve covers.

My copy did not come with a slip cover (purchased from Amazon).

I must say that I really enjoyed Star Wars, The Clone Wars. The story and graphics were not nearly as bad as the critics wrote about in their reviews. I hope that Lucas brings the television series to Blu-ray to complete the Clone Wars story.

got it at best buy yesterday...no slip cover. You'rs is what I had read about, expected, and wanted. (and I'm sure you mean Anakin).

got mine at frys and all of them had one. bought this movie for my son. he loves this movie as well as the tv show. i watched the movie for what it was: for kids.

I got it at Target, but the Target slip cover is about the same size as a DVD slip cover. it is taller than the BD because it came with a comic book and that too was included in the slipcover. There was a piece of folded up cardboard in the bottom to take up the extra space the BD case left behind. I doubt I will use it to keep the BD and comic in. I may not even keep the comic and give it to the kids.

I picked up this version as well, mainly because the cover looks a lot better (IMO) than the stupid Anakin cover that the regular BD comes with.

I am debating on how to display this in my collection, though. I could either keep it removed from the slipcover and comic and display it with my Blu-Rays (because I do prefer keeping my formats separate).

Or I could make an exception, keep it in the DVD-height slip case, and put it next to my other Star Wars DVDs (including all of the movies, the Clone Wars cartoon series releases, and the Ewoks movies).

The only problem for me right now, though, is that the little piece of cardboard inside of the slip case fell out right into some water at one point, and so it's ruined. Not a big deal, but now I need to find something that I can shove in there instead that will work just as well.

If you didn't get a slip cover....buy a copy and return it without the slipcover.

Let me know if this works... I recently ran into this with Casino Royale. Not a single Best Buy near me had ones with slipcovers and then a few days ago I found out they're not only supposed to have a cover, but they're supposed to have a ticket to see Quantum of Solace as well.

I must say that I really enjoyed Star Wars, The Clone Wars. The story and graphics were not nearly as bad as the critics wrote about in their reviews.
