Yeah. I'm gona go for SOCOM. The only reason I considered it was because I was about to buy the headset by itself, but what's the harm in seeing what another $20 adds. Worst case, I can trade it in for $12-$16.
I think playing with the right people, SOCOM could be excellent. Apparently most of the launch-time issues have been fixed with v1.2. And v1.3 is in the pipe. Again, I'm gonna rent WaW first, still not convinced that it's drastically different/better than Modern Warfare. |
