Is that "double points" thing still working on Criterion.com if you buy a gift card? Or did it expire already? I was thinking of getting a $250 to use on the (likely) February flash sale, but I don't see the deal anymore. Any way to tell before clicking "submit order" whether I'm getting 2x points or not?

I don't get worked up one way or another over what new titles they release. I don't have a say in it and I can't control it. In my experience since I've been buying their DVD and Blu-Rays is that its been a (very) rare month of their announcements that I haven't found at least one title that I wanted. I expect that to continue. My biggest concern going forward is what their priority regarding upgrading their DVD titles to Blu is going to be. There are so many titles there I want as opposed to announced new titles. I hope they become a bit more like their old schedule when it seemed like they had at least one upgrade in their monthly announcements.

John Waters is far from a director for everyone. More so his films that feature Divine in them. If I remember correctly, Divine once ate actually dog shit in one of the films they were in.
