Audio Recommendation??

I thought that I would add to this discussion by posting a few more links to reviews on these speakers. I've never heard these speakers, but I think way too many highly respected reviewers have praised these for them not to be up to par. I'm not suggesting that there are no better alternatives out there at this price point, but in that price range I highly doubt anything would be trash. Not even BOSE could peddle their snake oil at that price without coming up with something being close to phenomenal. I might also add that I drive a VW Passat which has a B&O system and it's one of the better car systems I've heard. I imagine that the systems in Audi's are even better. I'm sure there's better sound out there than these, but I'm also sure that these are much better than anything I can afford. I don't know if any pair of speakers are worth $16,000 to me anyway.
