I don't think the Nosferatu steelbook has sold out just yet. It shouldn't be too hard to snag one for a decent price. I'm not sure, but I think the only MoC steelbooks to sell out was Metropolis. The 2010 wave went fast due to stock being destroyed in the London riots. The 2015 release had a chance to win a gold bar if you bought it, along with a new documentary.
