The Samsung HL-S6187W DLP is a 60HZ display. All PS3’s that are running firmware version 1.80 or later have 1080P/24 support. The info button is the best way to see what signal your receiving. Since your display does not support 1080P/24 the PS3 is transmitting 1080P/60 and that is why the Samsung says it is receiving 60HZ 1080P signal.
