Godzilla is definitely in the same universe, Pacific Rim is probably also. |

I was figuring movie money for the Mummy on the Mummy's and maybe King Kong, alas it seems these are not available in stores. Best Buy and Walmart both had none of them, and I checked in store because sometimes the website is not accurate, and there's not really any where else for new release movies. This is getting intolerable when new catalog releases aren't readily available, yet they'll have dozens of some direct to video titles or other oddball stuff. Oh well I'm just ranting. On a side note, I got some of the Lego dc stuff at Walmart for $8-10 and got $8 off each ticket for myself, my wife and daughter to see Lego Batman today. Awesome movie and a lot of fun.

Pacific Rim, while also Warner Bros./Legendary Pictures, is in it's own universe. Either of those films could have movie money. But that's useless to me as I already own both in 3D. King Kong (2005) has nothing to do with any of the above, save for a giant ape running amok. Plus it's a completely different studio. |
