Can we have the thread renamed to latest Indian film trailers 2017, please?
![]() BTW, here's the trailer for the Malayalam film Veeram, an adaptation of Bard's Macbeth set against the backdrop of Vadakkan Paattukal and directed by Jayaraj who had adapted Othello (as "Kaliyattam")and Antony & Cleopatra (as "Kannaki") as well. Barring Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha where he was depicted as a flawed and misunderstood hero, Chandu the traitor has always been the antagonist in every movie made on him. This time, the character becomes the protagonist once again, but the Shakespearian one who starts good and breaks bad to become the villain of the lore. Kunal Kapoor essays the role of Chandu/Macbeth. Last edited by kaykaysud; 02-20-2017 at 04:46 AM. |
