Sound United, owners of Definitive Technology and Polk Audio, purchased D and M Holdings. D and M Holdings owns Marantz, Denon, Boston Acoustics and Heos.

Hopefully customer service will improve. My last (and recent) CU experience with Denon was pretty abysmal.

Personally I do not think this merger will hurt anything. I actually think that it will help in some aspects, but it should be business as usual for Denon/Marantz. I hope.
