I bought my current HDTV, and the one on it's way mostly for sports programming, and premium network shows (Dexter). I enjoy the occasional movie and plan on getting a game console in the near future.
I apologize, I do realize this is a blu-ray forum. Not putting it down. What Pixar films can wow me but still be put to use considering we have no kids in the house? Wife is an environmental engineer. She would probably love Planet Earth on blu-ray. Though, if it's already been shown on one of the HD networks, I bet she's already seen it and not sure if the quality is higher than a non-upconverting, pass-thru HD feed from the box. |
