It looks to be identical to the US release, I did a quick check with my US disc and I didn't notice anything that made me believe they were different. I'd expect Eureka's encoding to be superior though.

Presume Caps-a-holic will have a comparison up soon.

There is also the added bonus of the trailer on the UK edition

I'd also add I think this sites review is a little harsh on the PQ, I'd give it at least a solid 3.5/5

Ive been holding off buying the US release for a while. I was hoping that this might be better, even if it does not have any extras.

Does anyone think there will be a price drop for this title any time soon? I personally don't think it's worth £17.99.

I´ll take a risk and wait till end of this year for a price drop or christmas deals. I believe this one wont get sold-out any time soon, coz it´s not so wide-known and although the steelbook looks pretty nice, it´s not such a beauty like a Fright Night or The Burning for example, which I miss out and now I bloody regret this!

The picture quality looked ever so slightly better to me, utilizing a higher bit-rate on a BD-50. They both apparently use the same transfer source, so there is not really any big difference.

The audio is perhaps a slight downgrade, but it still sounds solid. The AB Blu-ray used 24-bit audio with a higher bit-rate there, where the Eureka uses 16-bit audio with a lower bit-rate.
