Finally made my mind to go for Epson's FullHD EBU32 (@INR55000). Because of local availability, on site warranty etc. Options left was Epson EBU32 or Optoma W331 (@INR44000) which was 3D but HDready only.
Guy at Optoma Delhi was very cooperative, but FullHD is out of my budget: INR73000
I have to compromise with 3D, but i hope Epson will serve the purpose.
Thanks to all fellow members for all your help, suggestions and @ Anurag1700 whose listings triggered all this
