Please tell me,

did you find "Close Encounters" overly grainy?

Should I own it?

AQ-The Incredible Hulk, when the Hum-Vee crashes through the two cars in the scene where they trap him the the glass hallway...most realistic sound I've heard so far.

PQ-Transformers and NBC for the pumkin on Zero's nose.

I thought the picture looked really good. There was a couple grainy scenes, but I was really impressed

heres the thing. you get 3 versions and tons of special features for an awesome movie, it looks and sounds better than the dvd editions. if you can get it on a deal or promo, it is definitely definitely worth a buy.

Apocalypto is my BR of choice.

Amongst others, I have Planet Earth, Baraka, Wall-E and Ratatouille in my library but I always reach for Mel Gibsons masterpiece when I want to show off my setup.
