Sadly it apparently does. If you preorder something a month or more in advance, ussually people who order it after you get their copies shipped before yours. Take Wall E for instance. Some people (incuding me) preordered anywhere from August to October and our orders didn't ship. People who ordered a week (and even the Friday) before the release date actually had theirs ship the Friday before the release date. Doesn't seem fair at all if you ask me. It's happened to me multiple times now which I why I am cutting WAY back on using Amazon. But this week they had pretty good deals on Shawshank, Austin Powers and The X-Files 2 pack.
