Hi Darcy,

Under $15? PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME CRY. It is the blu ray 3D version, not the regular blu ray, of course?

If this is the link, it went back up to $35...maybe there's a different site?

Watched:

Seemed to have some decent 3D in places but the dark scenes lost that effect for me and was only brought out by the embers when the vamps gets killed.

EDIT: I almost forgot... Imogen Poots.... [sigh]

Nice. Unfortunately I had to order my copy from Amazon today because when I went to Best Buy on Tuesday, they didn't have the 3d version of xXx: Return of Xander Cage.

Good 3d from what I saw in the theater.

Really looking forward to seeing all three in 3D, Captain America has to be my favorite Marvel character portrayed on film.

I preordered mine from Best Buy. The 3d was solid. I liked the movie as well.

Was in a nearby Target store that I don't usually go to and was checking out their blu rays and discovered a copy of the Rogue One 3D. I was like....."score!" Now to figure out what to do with it. I already have a Best Buy steelbook and didn't want to open it since they are in such crazy demand so I also ordered a steelbook copy off of amazon.de and it's almost here. Might just open the Target one for the digital copy and then sell it off. But I'll wait and see if the German copy comes with a digital code first but I doubt it will. And of course those wire secirity devices that Target uses tore a hole in the shrinkwrap.

Just watched a really fascinating disc - World War Two in 3D.

Not entertainment as it is seeing a bleak period of history virtually come alive in depth not imagined before. The still photography is superb and and its frightening to see stills of the Nuremberg rallies, Nazis entering Paris, bombed out cities, etc as if one is there.

A History Channel production, its a shame that so many are going to miss seeing this one. It's why 3D can be so special, despite the subject matter.

Highly recommended.

Watched:

A very sub par film with very mild 3d. There are a small number of solid shoots with characters up high looking down, but for the most part this isn't much better then the recent underworld. It clearly wasn't shoot with 3d in mind either.

and

Besides some very sub par, should have been cleaned up warping near the start of the film (in the live action segment as the pirate searches the island), the 3d is generously terrific. Strong 3d throughout with some upper medium 3d being the odd shoot out as the "weaker" 3d present. The film itself lacked some of the charm fans may expect from Spongebob, but fans will still find the experience enjoyable I feel. Very close to reference 3d (if only the warping wasn't there).

My son's girlfriend's younger sister picked "Jack The Giant Slayer" to watch for her first 3D movie expereince at home today.

The amazement of the native-3D really hit me hard!

Good strong 3D being captured with manipulations of camera lens intra-axial distances for the miniaturization effects of the town's people from the Giant's point of view!

Excellent use of 3D on a movie canvas.
