Agreed - I'd love more stuff along the line of Fury's Big Week or the Black Widow stuff they did around the time of Avengers.

But sadly the preludes of late are just comic versions of the prior movies

This is why am annoyed at it - I've not collected this weeks comics yet and its a pretty big spoiler for me

I DO read Deadpool!

Plus I tend to err on the side of caution and have probably spoilered stuff I need'nt, just in case. Better to be safe than sorry ya know?

Still, this is Marvel and comics often undo or redo big shocks/spoilers anyway so who's to say this recent reveal wont be undone in line with the MCU (not that am expecting it. Am well aware the comics and MCU are seperate worlds/entities)

Seems like they are off focus. Or the battle between the publishing side and the movie side has gotten worse. They are leaving a lot of money on the table. They did have a Groot comic out in time though.

I actually decided to pick it up based on that post. I really liked what they did there. The Secret Empire story line seems to work outside of the main title.

My apologies for spoiling that Deadpool comic. I just didn't think anyone would care. Since a character's death in Marvel comics is meaningless. Especially for a certain MCU character. But next time I'll put a spoiler tag on it. At least on the newer comics anyway.
