Blocking internet on Smart TV

Depending on your model you should be at least be able to lock Apps, press TOOLS or hold SELECT until the side-bar opens and you can select lock and add a 4-digit pass.

But if you don't want to have your TV use your internet connect, reset the network connections or unplug the Ethernet cable.
