another Neil Gaiman novel into movie...creature effects by Muppet Studios...pretty good movie...I love puppetry movies.

I hope someone tries to tackle The Sandman..that would be an awesome movie.

P.S....I even loved Stardust.

And if Sony's releasing "Mirrormask", that could mean that Dark Crystal and Labyrinth could make their ritual Sony one-two appearance next--
The Digital-Copy SD re-releases were a warning sign...

I loved this movie and just like the OP said.. if done right, this could look absolutely amazing.

oh boy....Cillian Murphy and put Guillermo Del Toro at the helm...I can wait till The Hobbit is complete...he could treat that story right.

Sweet! I missed this in theatres but bought it as soon as it came out on dvd. Now my dvd copy is missing. So I'll definitely be buying this when it comes out.

I found this title at Best Buy this evening. Along with Season 2 of Night Gallery (DVD)

I wish they had Heathers out early but this is ok I've never seen it. Still trying to decide do I really want it or just return it. I still have it sealed.

I saw it at Best Buy as well. Didn't pull the trigger as I know nothing about it and been spending too much lately.

Anyone interested may just want to check there. They only had two at this particular store. I forget the price.

I picked this up to at BB (price-matched to WM's $19.86) - it was a total blind buy. Any forum members have any feedback on this blu? Did I just make a bad blind purchase? Thanks.

30 minutes and outta my BD player. At least the girl was attractive. Rent it before you open it.

Thanks rob, I did actually find your feedback in a different thread (worst movies this year, or something). I was hoping to grab a few more opinions before taking it back to the store unopened, if anyone else here has seen it. How does it stack up to other fantasy movies?

I liked this movie enough that I will buy it when I find it. Well written(Neil Gaimen) with strange yet alluring visuals. Should be a good bluray.
