The iTunes Extras added an all-new documentary called "Going Mad" about the 20-year journey George Miller went on to make this much-loved, long overdue sequel/reboot.

Same here. It's like when a DVD/Blu-ray was re-released, only in this case, it's just a freebie. Another reason to love digital, iTunes especially.

Was this added to the Extras for people who had already bought the movie?

Yes, previous owners now have it in their extras, along with the rest of the extras, like the Black & Chrome edition.

Btw, I watched this doc the other day. Definitely worth checking out.

If I buy this title via VUDU and port it via MA, will iTunes give me all the iTunes extras currently available?

Yes

My copy comes from a cheap UV code redeemed at Vudu and ported through MA. I have access to the extras, including the Going Mad documentary that master gandhi mentioned in the OP.

Thx OP. I just discovered this as well. Plus I also have Spider-Man 3.1 added as a bonus to my digital copy of Spidey 3. Props to MA for doing this. VUDU Zero!
